THE OWNERS:
Match Cosmopolitan Tapas is a collaboration between friends and colleagues who knew that together, they would be the perfect match and could create a dining experience that highlights their intercontinental culinary talents. Seasoned restaurant veterans Chen-yu Randy Liu and Gregory Arianoff came together with two very different culinary backgrounds; East and West. The two met for the first time on the Las Vegas Strip and later reconnected at Ta Ta Asian Bistro. Rounding out this international team is chef Inho Andy Chang; bringing his cultural influence to the grill.

THE CONCEPT:
From newscasters to bartenders, dancers to dealers, Match Cosmopolitan Tapas, a new late-night destination for food, drinks and entertainment, caters to Vegas locals who work anything but a nine-to-five shift.
Now open at Silverado Ranch and Maryland Parkway (1263 E Silverado Ranch Blvd.), Match offers a hip new menu, full bar, fully-equipped karaoke rooms and private-party rooms. The restaurant stays open late to satisfy every customers late-night cravings.
We developed Match for a variety of reasons, Gregory Arianoff, owner and creator, said. We wanted to introduce guests to flavors from all over the world and show how they can be matched by combining ingredients and presentation. Each table is outfitted with its own barbeque to offer another unique aspect.
Match satisfies the Vegas lifestyle with a variety of exclusive, affordable cuisine envisioned by seasoned chef Chen-yu "Randy" Liu. Ethnic flares include tastes from Spain, Russia, Korea and Hawaii, among others. Sample dishes like the Spicy Sour Fish, a Thai original made with sashimi style red snapper glazed with lemon and jalapeño or the Tortilla Espanola, a thick potato, onion omelet, a favorite amongst Spains tapas bars. Most dishes are served tapas style and the friendly staff will help customers choose items that will keep them coming back for more.
We wanted to offer locals a place off the Strip that is open late to cater to this 24-hour town, Arianoff said.
Match Cosmopolitan Tapas offers a union of cuisines in a destination unique enough to satisfy family dining, late-night cocktail and celebrations alike.
Match is open from 5 p.m. until 2 a.m. Monday through Saturday, and until midnight on Sundays to make dining out a little more convenient.
